PAL is a free after school and summer program comitted to enhancing the educational and social well-being of West Chester area disadvantaged children. Emphasis is placed on decreasing at-risk behaviors and enhancing academic success through tutoring, workshops and reading programs. Programs are funded entirely through public donations and grants.
