The Chester County Young Republicans generally meet as a group on the third Thursday of every month at Chester County Republican Headquarters in West Chester. Headquarters is located on 15 South Church Street across from New Haven Pizza. The meetings usually last a hour or so, after which many of us break for one of the local bars in town. President's Message What an exciting time to be a friend of the Library! If you haven't yet seen the architects' drawing of our planned expansion, treat yourself to a trip to the library and look for the poster on the wall behind the copy machine. PAL is a free after school and summer program comitted to enhancing the educational and social well-being of West Chester area disadvantaged children. Emphasis is placed on decreasing at-risk behaviors and enhancing academic success through tutoring, workshops and reading programs. Programs are funded entirely through public donations and grants. Sigma Phi Epsilon is a national fraternity, and the Penn Tau chapter has been in West chester for over 25 years. The chapter and alumni association have been active in many community service projects and award a scholarship to WCU entering students each Fall.
