West Chester Residents Complain About Destructive Behavior

West Chester residents raised concerns at last week's borough council meeting, over destructive behavior they said is commonly linked to the consumption of alcohol in the borough.
Several residents from South Walnut Street, an area lined with bars and restaurants, pleaded with council members for help. They said they've had enough with the existing situation.
Michael DeWald said living with the traffic, vandalism, and noise of the downtown area has become "unbearable."
